- All character skirts are guaranteed to match the measurements provided, however, errors in the measurements supplied are the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom orders are not refundable and may not be changed once payment has been submitted. All items are made to order and generally take 6 weeks from the time we receive payment until the order is shipped.
- Orders are shipped priority mail and insured against loss. If your package is lost or damaged, you must email orders@characterskirt.com within 14 days of shipment so that we may assist you with filing a claim and replacing the order.
